On departure day, our top notch cleaning crew will arrive at your rental and thoroughly clean things. If anything is found to be broken, missing, or not working, we will let you know. Once the cleaners are finished, our inspectors will come walk through the unit. Fine details, down to fingerprints on a faucet, are checked, anything that needs to be corrected is done. Any maintenance that needs to be performed will be done at this time. Once the inspection has been completed, you will receive an email letting you know that your unit is complete. It's that simple. We do provide extensive communication with the owners we work with. Anything we feel you should know about is communicated so that there are as few surprises as possible. We provide our own linens for each unit we clean. This includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed (and a sleeper sofa if equipped), towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and a bath mat in each bathroom, and a kitchen towel. Additionally, we provide a starter kit for each guest consisting of - Toilet paper, trash can liner, bar soap, and makeup remover wipes for each bathroom. Paper towels, sponge, dish washer packet, laundry packet, dish soap, 3 trash can liners for the kitchen.
