How it works
From booking to guest-ready, on autopilot
We tie directly into your booking calendar, so each reservation automatically triggers a cleaning. You don’t send manual messages or juggle schedules, and your property stays on autopilot.
Booking triggers an automatic clean
Your short-term rental platform sends us the booking, and our system immediately schedules the turnover clean. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Our cleaning crew arrives
On departure day, our professional cleaners show up fully stocked. Every room is thoroughly cleaned and reset for the next guest. If anything is broken, missing, or not working, we let you know.
Detailed inspection and light maintenance
After cleaning, an inspector walks the unit and checks the fine details, from fingerprints on faucets to scuffed baseboards. Quick maintenance items that can be handled on the spot are taken care of during this visit.
