$30 per month. This is preventive maintenance for the small things that wear out in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores vacation rentals, available to Mermaids cleaning clients.

The plan is only for consumables that often need replacing in vacation units, as listed above.
What the plan does not cover
The plan doesn’t replace your handyman
The Monthly Maintenance Plan covers consumables only: LED bulbs, air filters, batteries, and shower liners. It will not fix leaky sinks, clogged toilets, or other repairs.
For handyman and repair work, we refer our owners to Beach Condo 911, a local Gulf Shores and Orange Beach condo maintenance and minor-repair service.

Burned-out bulbs, dead batteries, dirty air filters, and worn shower liners are easy to miss between guests, and they’re exactly the kind of thing guests notice. Our inspectors already walk every unit after each clean, so the plan keeps these items handled on a regular schedule.
