Linens & towels
Linens and towels
Every bed gets a fitted sheet and a flat sheet with pillowcases, and sofa sleeper sheets are provided. Each bathroom gets towels, hand towels, washcloths, and a bath mat, and the kitchen gets a dish towel. Linen service carries a yearly linen fee.

Stocked for arrival
Guest starter sets
Each turnover includes a guest starter set for the bathrooms and kitchen, from toilet paper and a bar of soap to paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge, so guests walk into a clean, well-stocked space.
Quality control
Inspections and light maintenance
After cleaning, an inspector walks the unit and checks the fine details, from fingerprints on faucets to scuffed baseboards. Quick maintenance items that can be handled on the spot are taken care of during the visit.
If anything is broken, missing, or not working properly, we notify you right away.

What’s included: linens & guest starter set
Here is exactly what our linen service and guest starter set include at every turnover.
Beds
- Fitted sheet and flat sheet
- 1 pillowcase for twin beds
- 2 pillowcases for queen and king beds
- Sofa sleeper sheets provided (sofa sleepers are not made up)
Each bathroom
- 4 towels
- 1 hand towel per sink
- 4 washcloths
- 1 bath mat
- 1 roll of toilet paper
- 1 trash bag
- 1 bar of soap
Units that sleep more people than this would suit get additional towels and washcloths. For example, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that sleeps 10 gets 2 additional towels and washcloths.
Kitchen
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 3 trash bags
- 1 single-use packet of dish detergent
- 1 single-use packet of laundry detergent
- 1 sealed, wrapped sponge/scrubber
- 1 small bottle of dish soap
- 1 dish towel

Optional extras
Owners may keep additional items in a closet for us to leave out, such as coffee cups and K-cups, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, or koozies.

How it works
Automatic scheduling from your booking calendar
We connect with your booking calendar so each new reservation automatically triggers a scheduled clean. When the clean and inspection are complete, you receive a confirmation that your property is ready for the next guest. If anything is broken, missing, or not working, we let you know. The system is built for back-to-back bookings, same-day check-ins, and peak-season volume.
Booking triggers an automatic clean
Your short-term rental platform sends us the booking, and our system immediately schedules the turnover clean. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Our cleaning crew arrives
On departure day, our professional cleaners show up fully stocked. Every room is thoroughly cleaned and reset for the next guest. If anything is broken, missing, or not working, we let you know.

Add-on for cleaning clients
Monthly Maintenance Plan
Our cleaning clients can add the Mermaids Monthly Maintenance Plan for $30 per month. It covers preventive maintenance on the consumables that often need replacing in vacation units.

This plan does not replace your handyman. For example, it will not fix leaky sinks or clogged toilets. For handyman repairs, we refer owners to Beach Condo 911.

- We do not clean primary residences or long-term rentals. We clean short-term vacation rentals only.
- We do not service pet-friendly units at this time.
- We do not service Fort Morgan, Foley, Perdido Key, or other surrounding areas at this time.
